'Purple Magenta Rose On Yellow' is a digitally enhanced image of a 'Double Delight' rose. The color intensity of the original red-white flower was not enough to express my perception, so I ran a series of color explorations aimed at recapturing the original vibrant quality the way that I remembered it.

The image was named 'Purple Magenta Rose On Yellow' because I was after a conceptual play of words that lent itself to the exploration series as a whole.
